Licensed by the City of New York to perform laboratory and field inspections of concrete and cement. Our expertise for the design of special application and high strength mixes, both with domestic and foreign aggregates, has made our firm synonymous with "concrete design mixes". Our technicians are A.C.I certified and qualified to assure compliance with job specification and Applicable building codes. All of the latest state-of-the-art testing equipment is utilized to maintain quality for our clients. This enables us to keep up with the speed of construction in the concrete batch plant and project site. In keeping up with our clients testing needs we have performed continuous inspections of precast and prestressed fabrication plants at job sites world wide. All test procedures performed by our technicians comply with the latest ASTM/ACI standards and building codes.

From laboratory design mix to site inspection of dura-wall between mortar joints, our laboratory technicians are trained to assure all materials used and installed are in accordance with applicable specifications. This is accomplished by compression testing of masonry blocks, brick, test prisms, casting of mortar cubes and additional laboratory testing. We have pioneered the use of the Windsor Penetrometer for in-place strength determination of masonry joints for Board of Standards and Appeals approval in New York City. Core drilling of all diameters is a specialty of our firm. Whether upside down, in the water, technician cages lowered from a cherry picker or might drilling in subway tunnels, we are the most versatile laboratory to get your job done and on time!
